However, traditional pet funeral services may not fully address the personalized, eco-friendly, and emotionally supportive experience pet owners seek. In urban areas, where family values and environmental concerns intersect, there is a gap in services that allow pet owners to memorialize their pets in a way that aligns with both their personal and ecological values.
